To Create a Person from a Template

You can create a person from a person template. This lets you quickly create a person with a set of predefined attributes and relationships.

Select File > New > From Template.
The New from Template dialog opens.
For example,
Do one of the following:

Select the Templates tab, and then select the template from the list.

Tip: You can filter the list by selecting an option from the Filter By list.

Note: This tab lists all approved templates.

or
Select the Classes tab, then expand the Class with the template that you want, and then select the template.

Note: This tab lists all templates for each class, regardless of their approval status. If you select a template that is not approved, an error message appears.
Click OK.
A person is created based on the template.
